A device that drives the opening and closing of a valve by electric power.

Valve electric device is to achieve the valve program control, automatic control and remote control indispensable drive equipment, the movement process can be travel, torque or axial thrust to control the size. As the valve operating characteristics and utilization of the valve depends on the type of valve, the device work and the valve in the pipeline or equipment on the location.

The electric device is generally composed of the following parts:

First, the special motor, characterized by strong overload capacity ﹑ starting torque ﹑ small inertia, short time, intermittent work

Second, the slowdown mechanism, to reduce the motor output speed

Third, the stroke control agencies, to adjust and accurately control the valve opening and closing position

4. Torque limiting mechanism for adjusting the torque (or thrust) and not exceeding the predetermined value

5, manual, electric switching mechanism, manual or electric operation of the interlocking mechanism

Six, opening indicator, used to show the valve in the opening and closing of the location of the process
