The air units include air regulator, filter and lubricator. Air regulator makes the gas supply pressure stable and constant, so as to reduce damage on valve or actuator due to sudden change in gas supply pressure. Filter deans the gas supply, which can filter the moisture in condensed air, lubricator lubricates the moveable parts and parts that are difficult to lubricate. This greatly extends the lifecyde of machine.

Installation

1 .dean the adaptor and joints before installation. No debris is allowed to get in the gas circuit.
2.    Check whether the direction of gas is consistent with the arrow. And please check the thread of adaptor and joint.
3.    Fix the filter, regulator (filter regulator) and lubricator: match the convex of support and notch of machine. Fasten it with stator and screw.
4.    Fix the regulator and filter regulator respectively: Rotate the fixed collar to fasten attached special stator.

Instruction

1.    Drain water by pressure or manual. In manual function, have to drain the water before the water level reaching bottom of filter element
2.    Pull up the rotation button before rotation, because the pressed rotation button is for positioning. Turn right to increase outlet pressure. Please adjust slowly and evenly to the requested pressure. You shouldn't adjust to the requested pressure by one step.
3.    Usage of lubricator: JISK2213 oil machine is adopted in the lubricator (ISO Vg 32 or equivalent oil). The oil cannot exceed 4/5 of the cup. Zero refers to the minimum oil and 9 refers to the maximum oil. You cannot rotate from 9 to 0， because it has to be rotated clockwise.

Notice

1 .Some components are made of PC materials, which cannot be used in or placed near by organic solvent. PC cup shall be washed in neutral cleaner.

2-Don't make the pressure exceed the scope.
3.Change the filter element in time when the gas at outlet decreases significantly.
