Design:
The 100 series valve positioner is a digital field device with high integration microprocessor. The positioner consists of the following components:
• Housing and cover
• PCB printed circuit board
• actuator travel test assembly
• Screw terminal box
• The pneumatic valve control and amplification part of the piezoelectric valve assembly is arranged inside the housing, and the pneumatic interface of the inlet and the output pressure is positioned on the right side of the positioner.
Function
The 100 series intelligent electric valve positioner works very differently from the traditional positioner. The working mode is microprocessor, which compares the given value and position. If the microprocessor detects a deviation, it uses a five step switching program to control the piezoelectric valve, which then regulates the flow of air into the actuator chamber. The microprocessor outputs an electrically controlled instruction to the piezoelectric valve according to the magnitude and direction of the deviation (the given value W and the position feedback signal x). The piezoelectric valve will control the displacement quantity increase instruction transformation for the gas, when the control deviation is large (high speed), the locator output a continuous signal; when the control deviation is a low velocity zone (locator output pulse;}, when the controller deviation in the allowable error range (adaptive or adjustable, no dead state) control command output + 100 series positioner mounting assembly is fixed to the proper stroke or rotary actuator, actuator straight or angle shift components installed and connected to the detection of wear resistant conductive plastic potential by converter.
